h2Daye Raffle Terms and Conditions/h2p/pp/polliAbout us br /We are Anne’s Daye Ltd, a company registered in England (11044785) with its registered address at J113 Jam Studios The Biscuit Factory, Drummond Road, London, England, SE16 4DG or just “Daye”. br //liliOur Raffle br /If you successfully purchase a new tampon subscription from Daye between 00:00 on 25 Feb and 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2022, you will be entitled to participate in a raffle for a prize of £1,000, $1,000 or €1,000 depending on the shipping country you’ve indicated in your tampon subscription purchase (£1,000 for purchases in the United Kingdom, $1,000 for the United States of America and €1,000 for the European Union accordingly).br /br /If you have referred a new customer to Daye in accordance with a href="https://yourdaye.com/referrals/" rel="noopener noreferrer"Daye’s Referral Program/a and they’ve purchased a new tampon subscription from Daye between 00:00 on 25 Feb and 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2022, both of you will be entitled to participate in the raffle as separate entries and competitors for the prize of £1,000, $1,000 or €1,000. In addition, both of you will receive a referral code at checkout that will get you a £5/$5/€5 (according to the shipping address of the purchase) discount off your next Daye purchase. Please note that referrers will participate in the raffle with just one name entry regardless of how many friends they’ve referred to Daye. br /br /The lucky winners will be drawn on 1 April 2022. Daye will award one prize of £1,000, one prize of $1,000 and one prize of €1,000 and will contact the lucky winners by email no later than 4 April 2022. br //liliRaffle Conditions br /To enter into the raffle, you need to complete the following steps: br /br /If you are a strongnew Daye customer/strong:br /br /Step 1:  Successfully complete a new tampon subscription purchase from Daye between 00:00 on 25 Feb and 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2022. Please note that purchases of Samplers will not be eligible.br /br /Or if you are strongalready a Daye customer/strong:br /br /Step 1: Refer a friend to Daye in accordance with a href="https://yourdaye.com/referrals/" rel="noopener noreferrer"Daye’s Referral Program/a;br /br /Step 2: Ensure your friend has purchased a new tampon subscription from Daye between 00:00 on 25 Feb and 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2022 and that they’ve specified your referral code during check out. br //liliImportant information /li/olulliTo participate in the raffle, you should complete all stages of the purchase process for a tampon subscription. Incomplete or  subsequently cancelled purchases will not be eligible./liliSampler purchases or purchases of any Daye products or services other than tampon subscriptions will not be eligible for participation in the raffle. /liliIf you have referred a friend, both of you will be eligible for participation the raffle only if the referee has completed the purchase of a new tampon subscription by 23:59 GMT on 31 March 2022 and has indicated the respective referral code during check out./liliReferrers will enter into the raffle with just one name entry regardless of the number of  successful referees./liliThe raffle is not open for Daye employees, agency workers, suppliers or other agents of Daye and their immediate families./liliAny prizes received from this raffle cannot be combined with any other Daye promotion or discount available at the same time. If you have already received a discount code under a href="https://yourdaye.com/referrals/" rel="noopener noreferrer"Daye’s Referral Program/a, the £5/$5/€5 discount you may receive as a result of this raffle can be used only separately and cannot be combined with any pre-existing discounts./liliIf you are one of the lucky winners, Daye will contact you at the mailing address you have provided in your registered Daye account. If we cannot establish contact with you for more than 1 month, we will award the prize to another entry so please keep a close eye on your email./liliYou will receive your prize via a wire transfer executed by Daye at the same bank account that you’ve used to place your purchase with Daye. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the funds to arrive in your bank account. /liliDaye will not be responsible for any bank fees or other costs charged by your bank of choice for receiving the money transfer from Daye. In particular, Daye will not cover any foreign transaction (FX) fees if your bank account is in a currency other than the currency of the prize. br /br /Daye reserves the right to verify your eligibility to receive the prize, including, but not limited to, asking for proof of purchase, address and/or ID, and to refuse to award a gift if we cannot verify your eligibility.br /br /5.
