Reflects your ovarian reserve, the pool of eggs you have left. It declines naturally with age. It reflects egg quantity, not quality.

These hormones regulate follicle development, trigger ovulation, and drive your menstrual cycle.

Supports follicle maturation and uterine lining; essential for implantation conditions. Beyond the reproductive cycle, it helps protect bone density, skin elasticity, heart health and mood.

Best known for milk production, but raised levels can also disrupt your cycle, lower estrogen, affect bone health, and occasionally flag a pituitary gland issue worth investigating.

Androgens are not just "male" hormones - they support libido, energy, muscle and bone. SHBG controls how much is active in your body, and imbalances are linked to PMOS and metabolic health.

Your metabolic thermostat, governing energy, weight, temperature, mood and heart rate. Because it sets the body's pace, it also influences cycle regularity and the reproductive axis.

No - a vaginal microbiome test cannot diagnose infertility. What it can do is identify imbalances in your vaginal microbiome that may be associated with difficulty conceiving, implantation challenges, miscarriage risk, or recurrent infections. We see microbiome testing as one important piece of the fertility picture, alongside hormone testing and clinical fertility care.

Your overall vaginal microbiome composition - your balance of protective Lactobacillus versus disruptive microbes - plus qPCR screening for key organisms linked to imbalance and infection, including the silent infections that standard fertility work-ups often skip.

Many people choose to explore their vaginal microbiome before IVF or embryo transfer, because research suggests a Lactobacillus-rich microbiome may be linked to better implantation and IVF outcomes. It's also one of the few fertility factors you may be able to influence before treatment. Some fertility clinics now include microbiome screening in their care pathways to help patients optimise conditions beforehand.

Your results will be available in 2-3 days after posting your sample. Every result is reviewed by a clinician, and you'll receive a clear, personalised report. The Hormone Test & Fertility Focus Bundle also include a 30-minute consultation with a fertility nurse.
