PMOS Assessment

Did you know that 1 in 4 suffer from PMOS?

Some of the symptoms of PMOS, or polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, include irregular periods, acne, hair overgrowth, and weight gain. It's important to get a diagnosis early as the condition predisposes you to other health risks, including diabetes and heart problems. Our digital risk assessment helps you track your risk of PMOS, as well as adopt lifestyle interventions to prevent associated health problems.

What can an assessment tell you?

Understand your risk

We’ll provide you with all the information needed to confidently approach a specialist so you can get a medical diagnosis.

Find suitable treatments

We’ll show you all the ways in which you can manage your PMOS symptoms, from hormonal interventions to clinically-validated lifestyle changes.

Connect with empathetic physicians

PMOS symptoms are often dismissed. We put you in touch with Gynae Health experts that understand and share in your pain.

When can I start?

We're working hard to launch our endometriosis and PMOS assessments as a part of the Daye Health Profile as soon as possible. For the moment, the launch is expected in late 2023 — watch this space!

Polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome (PMOS) is a group of symptoms that affects the function of ovaries and ovulation. It also impacts someone's physical and mental health. PMOS presents itself through 3 main features: irregular periods, a higher level of androgens, and polycystic ovaries. In order to be diagnosed with PMOS, you need to have at least 2 of these features (not everyone with PMOS will have all 3).

Please keep in mind that the Daye vaginal microbiome screen is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Like any other lab report, our screen cannot be used as a diagnosis by itself, it needs to be combined with the opinion of a medical specialist. This is why we put you in touch with independent medical experts who can help you obtain a diagnosis, while our partner prescribing pharmacists can help you obtain any necessary prescriptions. Please ensure that you do not treat the report by itself as medical advice, and do take advantage of our telemedical layer to help you contact a doctor for your results. The Daye Health Assessments cannot replace a medical diagnosis. They are instead designed to enrich your understanding of your own health, and to help you access empathetic medical care.
