We've paired our super-absorbent tampons with CBD, lab-tested for its purity and consistency. Join the 80,000+ people who have upgraded their period care routine with Daye's patented cannabinoid blend.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive, please consult your healthcare provider before using any products containing CBD, THC or other cannabinoids. While studies on the effects of cannabinoids on fertility are limited, we believe in prioritising patient safety and encourage you to make informed decisions about your menstruation routine. Please note that Daye's CBD tampons have not been clinically tested in pregnant or breastfeeding women & AFAB patient populations.

At Daye, we prioritize reliable scientific data and patient safety. As our clinical trials have not included patients under the age of 18, we do not recommend using our tampons if you are under 18 years old. While there is currently no evidence to suggest that Cannabidiol (CBD) is harmful to people under 18, this compound has not been extensively studied in younger patients. It is challenging to collect scientific data on how people under 18 react to new medical devices as they are rarely allowed to participate in clinical trials. Therefore, to prioritize patient safety and ensure that we have sufficient scientific data, we advise that our tampons should only be used by those aged 18 and above.

Tampons can potentially stretch or tear the hymen, but it's not a guaranteed or common occurrence. The hymen is a thin membrane that partially covers the opening of the vagina in some individuals. It can vary in thickness and elasticity from person to person. When inserting a tampon, if done carefully and gently, it typically shouldn't cause damage to the hymen. However, if a person's hymen is particularly thin or if they have a medical condition called imperforate hymen (where the hymen completely covers the vaginal opening), there is a slightly higher chance of the tampon causing some stretching or tearing.

It's important to note that the hymen can naturally stretch or tear over time due to various activities such as exercise, horseback riding, gymnastics, or even normal vaginal development. Sexual activity can also impact the hymen, but it's not the only factor in hymen integrity. In many cultures, there is a misconception that an intact hymen is a sign of virginity, but this is not a reliable indicator. Hymens can vary greatly in appearance and resilience, and not all individuals with intact hymens have never engaged in sexual activity.

Keep in mind that virginity is a social construct and a cultural concept, not a biological reality. It is reshaped by societal norms and expectations, rather than an inherent physical state.

We have conducted safety testing, including vaginal irritation, sensitisation, material-mediated pyrogenicity, microbiology and effect on TSS-toxins. Some of our studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Endometriosis and Uterine Disorders. All Daye studies are designed and reviewed by an independent Clinical Advisory Board, comprising physicians, clinicians and researchers specialising in gynaecological health.

Producing tampons to our strict safety and sustainability standards does come at a cost. But we've worked hard to keep our Organic Tampons competitively priced with other premium organic options. Our CBD Tampons provide great value too - you'd pay more buying a quality organic tampon and a separate CBD product. With Daye, you get both in a single easy-to-use tampon.

Our commitment to sustainability starts with our Organic Tampons, made from 100% organic cotton, ethically sourced from trusted partner farms. We've paired the cotton fibres with a bespoke cannabinoid formulation optional in our CBD tampons, featuring a high concentration of lab-tested Cannabidiol. Every batch is scrutinized for microbial contamination and cannabinoid content in an accredited, third-party lab, so you can feel confident about the products you are using in your most sensitive areas.

Our commitment to using only non-synthetic cannabinoids means your CBD tampon may have a unique colour, anywhere from a warm amber to a rich maroon. This is a sign of the premium quality ingredients we insist on - never bleached or artificially manipulated. Rest assured, each tampon undergoes thorough microbial and contaminant screening, as well as cannabinoid content verification, to ensure a safe and consistent product experience every time.

The CBD coating on our tampons is intended to provide lubrication for easier insertion and removal. While CBD has been studied for various potential effects, we do not make any claims about pain relief or other medicinal benefits from the CBD in our tampons.

No, our CBD tampons are not FDA-approved as a drug or medical device for pain relief. Our tampons are regulated as a cosmetic product with regards to the CBD coating. We do not recommend using our CBD tampons as a substitute for any medications. Please consult your healthcare provider for advice on managing menstrual pain or other symptoms, or book a consultation with our Period & Pelvic Pain Clinic for specialist support.

No, the CBD in our tampons is derived from hemp and contains no THC. It is not the same as medical cannabis products.

Our pads are like that friend who's always there to catch you when you fall - super reliable and impressively absorbent. Here's the lowdown:

- Liners: These little heroes can handle 10ml of fluid. Perfect for those "just in case" days.

- Regular pads: With a 100ml capacity, they're ready to take on your average flow like a champ. Fun fact: that's equivalent to about 8 regular plastic pads!

- Super pads: These overachievers can absorb up to 160ml. That's potentially your entire period in one pad (though we don't recommend wearing just one pad for your whole cycle, obviously).

To put things in perspective, most periods produce between 10-80ml of fluid over 8 days. So our pads are more than up for the task, even if things get a little... unpredictable.

The best part? Our pads are quick on the uptake (pun intended), rapidly absorbing fluid to prevent leaks. They've got your back even if they shift a bit during your day.

At Daye, we believe in creating products that are kind to your body and the planet. Here's a closer look at what goes into our Hemp + Cotton blend pads and liners:

Daye Pads
Our pads are a blend of innovative, sustainable materials designed for maximum comfort and absorbency:

- Regenerative hemp fiber: Highly absorbent and eco-friendly.

- GOTS-certified organic cotton: Soft and gentle on the skin.

- Chlorine-free natural wood pulp: Provides additional absorbency without harmful chemicals.

- Super absorbent polymer: Ensures rapid fluid absorption to prevent leaks.

- Plant-based compostable PLA: An eco-friendly alternative to plastic.

- Biodegradable paper with eco ink: Used for packaging, ensuring the entire product remains sustainable.

Daye Liners
Our liners are crafted with care, using biodegradable and sustainable materials:

- Biodegradable bamboo fibre top layer: Soft and breathable against the skin.

- Sustainably sourced wood pulp intermediate layer: Adds absorbency while being eco-friendly.

- Eco-friendly starch base layer: Provides a sturdy, yet biodegradable foundation.

- Non-stick release paper: Makes the liner easy to use and dispose of.

- Non-toxic adhesive: Keeps the liner in place without harmful chemicals.

By choosing Daye, you're not just taking care of your menstrual health, but also supporting sustainable practices that help protect our planet.

Liners (15.5 cm long), Regular (24cm long), Super (29cm long), and Super Plus (36cm long).

Daye pads do not contain any chlorine bleach.

The pads do not contain any CBD, because it's impossible to effectively administer the ingredient through the outside of your vulva (the labia). If you want to, you can pair the pads with our signature restorative CBD Balm. Simply wear the pads as per usual, and rub the balm onto your lower abdomen, or any other area that needs extra care, love, and affection.

Daye Pads offer our community a unique blend of innovation, sustainability, and a body-safe design:

Super thin, yet highly absorbent:

Our slim pads are absorbency superheroes, quickly soaking up fluid without the bulk. It's like having a barely-there shield that packs a serious punch against leaks.

Eco-friendly materials:

Made with regenerative hemp fiber and GOTS certified organic cotton, our pads are not only super absorbent but also biodegradable.

Clean, certified manufacturing:

Manufactured in a clean, ISO-certified environment, we follow strict quality control standards to minimize your risk of irritation or infection.

Innovative design:

The absorbent core uses organic fibers, which are soft and hypoallergenic. Our pads are designed to stay in place, even when you're on the move.

Body-safe and irritation-free:

We've ditched harsh chemicals, fragrances, and dyes found in many conventional pads. Daye Pads are all about keeping things natural and gentle on your sensitive skin.

Sustainable packaging:
Even our packaging is eco-friendly, using recyclable and biodegradable paper.

Daye tampons are manufactured in accordance with medical device standards, including ISO13485 and GMP. In order for a diagnosis to be confirmed, test results from the Diagnostic Tampon should be considered by a licensed healthcare provider alongside a patient's symptoms and medical history. Like every other diagnostic test, lab results are not sufficient for a diagnosis. Daye offers customers the option to connect with independent CQC-regulated healthcare providers virtually and in-person for a confirmed diagnosis. All prescriptions and treatments provided through the Daye platform are issued by third-party, independent pharmacists, who are also regulated under CQC and GPhC.
